Ingredients : wheat flour, water, salt.
- Put 1 bag of 300g noodles separately into boiling water and stir water is reboiling up. Noodles will be done in about 3 minutes.
- While water boiling, make flame weak to avoid it over-flowing, or add a half cup of water to keep cooking noodles softer.
- According to the seasons, you may do cool noodle or hot soup noodle with dressing.
- Rinse cooked noodles with cold water, drain, stir-fry and taste well.
